Jason Collis
Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations
Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

WCK teams have provided more than 110,000 meals in southern Brazil since first responding to flooding in the region. Since serving our first meals 12 days ago, we have established a Relief Kitchen in Porto Alegre and partnered with local NGOs and restaurants to ensure meals reach all families in need.

“We are continuing to increase the number of meals provided to the displaced and are expanding our operations by adding more medical points and schools to serve the people in Gaza.” Rami is part of the team at our Deir al-Balah Field Kitchen where we are quickly scaling capacity with the aim of producing 70,000 meals daily from this kitchen.
