Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

Families across the Kharkiv region are fleeing for their safety as Russian attacks intensify in eastern Ukraine. In Buhaivka, WCK provided comforting bowls of soup and water to people forced to evacuate their homes with what few belongings they could carry.

WCK’s third Field Kitchen in Gaza cooked its first meals today. Named Damian’s Kitchen, after one of our 7 heroes killed by the IDF, this central Gaza kitchen will help scale our efforts as families continue to flee from Rafah in desperate search of safety.
