Jason Collis
Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations
Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

Ahmed and Saeed make the journey to a WCK community kitchen in Khan Younis every day. Ahmed shares, “We walk a long distance, but that’s not what matters—what matters is bringing food home to our family.” Saeed adds with pride, “We distribute it to our neighbors as well because we know that many families can’t get food on their own.”
