Pete Delgrosso

With a common interest in providing nutritious meals and supporting people amid disaster, Metallica’s foundation, All Within My Hands, began partnering with World Central Kitchen in February 2022 and has since provided grant funding to WCK’s worldwide food relief responses. As part of this unique partnership, Pete Delgrosso, AWMH Executive Director, joins WCK as a Frontline Advisor, while Erin Gore, WCK CEO, joins the AWMH Advisory Board.

All Within My Hands was created in 2017 by the members and management of Metallica and is dedicated to creating sustainable communities by supporting workforce education, the fight against hunger, and other critical local services. Pete Delgrosso joined AWMH in 2018 as an advisor and, in 2022, became Executive Director and Board Member.

For over 25 years, Pete has been operating, advising, and investing in a wide range of technology-related businesses and has fostered a network of relationships across technology, sports, entertainment, music, consumer brands, venture capital, and private equity. Pete is co-founder and Managing Partner of Bryant Stibel, an investment firm started with Kobe Bryant in 2013 that primarily focuses on later-stage technology investments. Pete is also an advisory board member for The Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission, a nonprofit organization officially designated to attract, secure, and support high-profile sports and entertainment events in Los Angeles.
