100+ million meals for Gaza
Despite significant restrictions on humanitarian aid entering Gaza, our teams have delivered well over 100 million meals by land, sea, and air. We’ve set up four large-capacity Field Kitchens in southern and central Gaza and established a network of Palestinian-led, WCK-supported Community Kitchens that provide thousands of meals every day. With the help of local partners, we are expanding our food distribution efforts to the north, where the growing influx of returning families is increasing the demand for assistance.

Chef Nasser is from Kounine, a town in southern Lebanon impacted by conflict on the border with Israel. He started working alongside WCK when families in his community were first being displaced by bombardment. Nasser takes pride in cooking local favorites for neighbors in need. His specialty is preparing comforting stews that offer a taste of home.

WCK is working shoulder to shoulder with @AneraOrg to distribute meals to Palestinian families sheltering in northern Gaza. Our team provided more than 3,000 boxes of meals ready-to-eat—the equivalent of over 120,000 meals—that were distributed in Gaza City and surrounding communities with support from Anera.
