Earlier this month, World Central Kitchen's Chef Network met with employees of Pwason Beni, our sustainable seafood restaurant in Santo, Haiti. World Central Kitchen trained employees on selecting recipes that were time and cost effective, and financial management skills.

Last year, the DeMatteis Construction Group generously funded and built the restaurant from the ground up. Since then, the chefs have been practicing their skills and selling lunches to the staff of Partners in Health.
