Chef Network in Haiti: Quartier Latin

In early October, World Central Kitchen Executive Director Brian MacNair, and three Chef Network chefs – Yolanda Banks of Prime Prep Academy, Saif Rahman of Gramercy Catering, and Gregg Malsbary of Malsbary and Associates –  traveled to Haiti as part of the 2014 Gout et Saveur Lakay Food & Spirits Festival. The WCK chefs worked with local culinary staff to create a 5-course meal at Bistro Quartier Latin in Petionville as a fundraiser to support culinary career development in Haiti. Chef Network chefs sharing the passion of the kitchen with the staff at Quartier Latin.
