Kitchen Skills & Safety
Kitchen Skills & Safety is a WCK program that engages professional chef trainers to work with school and community cooks, instructing them in basic sanitary kitchen and food handling practices.
École des Chefs
École des Chefs was WCK’s professional culinary arts training program which prepared young, aspiring chefs for their first job in the commercial kitchens of Haiti. Following its success, in 2022 the school launched as an independent organization called Atelier des Chefs.
