Jason Collis
Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations
Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

Since March, WCK has worked alongside NGO partners @HASHaiti and @COREresponse to provide meals to families in Haiti impacted by unrest. We distributed more than 750,000 warm, nourishing meals and 7,430 meal kits with fresh produce and dry goods to communities in need. Our efforts focused on supporting displaced families and children who are at risk of malnourishment.

WCK’s Chef Wendy is in Fort White, one of the Florida towns impacted by Hurricane Debby. We are at a local community center providing sandwiches, fruit, and water for families in the area who are still assessing damage caused by the storm. With more rain expected in the area, people are bracing for more flooding.
