Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations
Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

Update from Gaza 🎥 WCK’s Shadi is in our Deir al-Balah kitchen where our team is excited to cook okra stew, a regional favorite. We will prepare tens of thousands of meals today from this and our Mawasi Field Kitchens. However, we have been forced to pause work at our Khan Younis kitchens as fighting intensifies and new evacuation orders have been issued.

Violet wakes up at 5am every day to help clear the roads on Carriacou of debris after Hurricane Beryl hit Grenada. Because of people like her, most of the roads are now clear and remote mountain communities are no longer cut off from aid efforts. She enjoyed her lunch break with a hot meal from a WCK distribution point near her worksite!
