Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations
Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

WCK is working alongside local food truck partners to provide comforting meals to people in New Mexico that have been impacted by recent wildfires and flooding. We established distribution sites where anyone in need can pick up a nourishing meal and are also delivering food door to door. The Tacos Pita food truck team is cooking up local favorites like this green chili pork with potatoes, cabbage, rice, and pinto beans!

WCK’s team in Gaza is purchasing fresh vegetables from local farmers still able to harvest produce despite the destruction brought on by the war. Near Deir al-Balah, we are working with a farmer to source eggplants that our kitchen teams are using to prepare nourishing meals for displaced Palestinians.
