Jason Collis
Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations
Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

WCK is building a new kitchen in Gaza to keep scaling our efforts to support displaced Palestinians. Since serving our first meals eight months ago, we have established a network that will now include four high-capacity WCK field kitchens and 70 Palestinian-led community kitchens. The latest addition in Khan Younis will be our fourth WCK Field Kitchen capable of cooking tens of thousands of meals daily.

Robert Egger is in Capitan, New Mexico where WCK provided hundreds of wraps from Sara’s Mediterranean–one of our restaurant partners in the region–to families sheltering at a school. At the same time, our team is scouting all communities impacted by the two wildfires to ensure meals reach anyone in need.
