Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

  • With humanitarian convoys unable to access Gaza, WCK’s kitchens are relying on supplies that reached our warehouses before the most recent border closures. Today, our central Gaza field kitchens and more than 45 of our community kitchens combined to provide over 110,000 meals to displaced Palestinians.

  • Access to food is becoming increasingly limited in Gaza as border crossings remain closed, and any food that is available is often too expensive. WCK’s community kitchen in Al-Fukhari provides hot meals to at least 15,000 displaced Palestinians, supporting people living under unimaginable circumstances.
