Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

  • WCK teams have been on the ground nonstop all week supporting families evacuating from Vovchansk and Lyptsi. Both communities are facing the brunt of Russia’s latest escalation in the region and thousands of people have been forced to flee their homes.

  • A series of bombs rocked several neighborhoods in Kharkiv this week. Among the targets was a high rise residential building in the city center. The blasts destroyed many apartments in the complex, causing injuries and displacing several families. WCK’s team was on the ground providing food and drinks to residents and first responders.
