Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations

Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

WCK teams are providing meals to displaced families in Khan Younis from our Palestinian-led community kitchens in the area. At a makeshift camp east of the city, we distributed lentil and carrot soup to people who have fled bombardment and famine in the north. #ChefsForThePeople

Russia struck Kharkiv with aerial bombs for the first time since 2022 this week, hitting residential buildings & killing 1 person. WCK’s Emergency Response Team was on site quickly to provide sandwiches and warm drinks to impacted families and first responders. #ChefsForUkraine
