Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations

Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

Luay’s family was displaced from their home in Beit Lahia in Northern Gaza, so WCK supports them with hot meals & food kits. Luay spends his days out selling tea, but his mother makes sure to save food for him when he returns so he doesn’t go to bed hungry. #ChefsForThePeople
