Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

  • WCK delivers food kits to Veletynske, a village in the Kherson region of Ukraine. The village was liberated from occupation in late 2022 but still faces constant threat from the Russian forces across the Dnipro River. Fear of drone attacks makes leaving home extremely difficult for the people living here and basic necessities like food, and especially bread, are scarce.

  • WCK teams engage closely with communities while assessing needs following a disaster. In Vieques—one of the two small islands east of Puerto Rico—residents informed us that the roof of a neighbor’s house was destroyed by Tropical Storm Ernesto. We immediately headed over with sandwiches, fruit, and water for the family.

  • HoneyChrome is one of WCK’s restaurant partners in St. Vincent and the Grenadines helping cook tens of thousands of meals for families in the region impacted by Hurricane Beryl. They have cooked hundreds of comforting plates of local favorites for people on Canouan.
