Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

  • In Varnavas, the town about 20 miles northeast of Athens where the fires ignited, first responders are working to reestablish utilities. WCK is distributing food and water to crews in the area who have been working nonstop under grueling conditions.

  • WCK’s #ChefsForPuertoRico team is providing sandwiches and water as we assess damage caused by Tropical Storm Ernesto. The storm brought heavy rain early today and left many communities without power. We prepared sandwiches as the storm passed and headed to the hardest hit areas as soon as it was safe to do so.
