Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations
Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

WCK’s team has mobilized to eastern Puerto Rico to provide sandwiches and water as we identify all pockets of need following Tropical Storm Ernesto. In Punta Santiago, we visited Violeta and the home for seniors she manages. Our #ChefsForPuertoRico team also supported this home in 2017 after Hurricane María devastated the island.

WCK’s Relief Team mobilized across the Big Bend area of Florida after Hurricane Debby made landfall. WCK prepositioned in Tallahassee and deployed our new Rapid Response Field Kitchen to support communities in need as soon as it was safe to do so. The vehicle is the latest, state-of-the-art addition to our fleet that enables our teams to begin cooking thousands of meals immediately after a disaster.
