Tracy Ganti

Tracy Ganti serves as Vice President of Development at World Central Kitchen, where she leads the organization’s global fundraising strategy across individual giving, corporate partnerships, foundation support, and community-based fundraising programs. She advances a diversified revenue approach that sustains and expands WCK’s impact around the world, providing strategic leadership to development teams and working closely with executive leadership to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned with organizational priorities and initiatives.

Drawing on experience across the nonprofit and private sectors, including marketing roles at Marriott International, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and American Airlines, Tracy brings a donor-centered approach grounded in trust, long-term relationship building, and shared purpose. She is committed to cultivating an engaged philanthropic community rooted in transparency, collaboration, and impact, and to ensuring every supporter feels meaningfully connected to World Central Kitchen’s mission and the people it serves.
