Yejin Oh

Yejin Oh is the Director of Response Corps at World Central Kitchen, driven by a passion for uplifting and developing fellow humanitarians. She leads the design, development, and management of the Response Corps, ensuring trained responders are ready, supported, and deployed where communities need food and relief most.

Yejin brings extensive experience spanning international food assistance, knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, learning and development, and international workforce management and human resources, gained through her work at World Vision, IFRC, and the American Red Cross. She specializes in building high-quality teams that can surge rapidly, while creating responsive and reliable systems that balance operational readiness with strong care for responders, respect for local partners, and continuous improvement.

Born and raised in South Korea, Yejin has spent much of her life working around the world and now lives in Dallas, Texas, with her family. She enjoys reading, cooking for family and friends, and spending time with her young son.
