Together in Compassion: How World Central Kitchen’s Ramadan Aid Delivers Hope to Gaza and Lebanon

Since October 7, 2023, WCK has delivered over 110 million meals to displaced Palestinian families. Now, as this holy month unfolds, our goal is to provide an additional 5 million meals to Gaza and 50,000 meals a day to Lebanon, working to make sure no one is left without suhoor or iftar. Our teams and local partners are distributing Ramadan food boxes filled with halal-certified ingredients including olives, dried fruits, soup ingredients, and more, while also cooking fresh, culturally-appropriate meals. This approach ensures that each family breaks their fast with wholesome nourishment and feels the dignity and hope that Ramadan symbolizes.
