WCK’s Chef Karla Hoyos is joining a community of more than 20 of Miami’s top chefs in a show of solidarity for Venezuela and WCK’s ongoing response. The hospitality industry and chefs like Karla are often the first to raise their hands to help, whether on site or thousands of miles away.
For one evening, Miami’s community of chefs and culinary professionals will gather at Casa Caracas Harbour Club to prepare a collection of dishes, accompanied by curated beverages, in an open format designed for guests to explore, share, and connect. Rather than a traditional seated dinner, attendees will move through the space, engaging directly with the chefs and discovering the different culinary proposals throughout the evening.
