Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

  • WCK’s support for patients and staff in hospitals in Gaza goes beyond food. In Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah, we provided three pallets of milk to Palestinians receiving care at several medical centers. We also provided chocolate milk as a special treat for children.

  • WCK’s team in Zaporizhzhia is providing food kits to 260 people living in modular structures after their homes, hundreds of miles away in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, were destroyed in the war. Many families recognized WCK from our efforts in their frontline communities and expressed their gratitude for our Ukrainian team’s enduring support.

  • Ahmad of WCK’s Maintenance and Construction Team is in Khan Younis ensuring Zomi’s Kitchen is ready to start cooking again. We were forced to pause operations here a week ago as fighting in the area escalated. This is our woman-run, woman-operated kitchen named after one of our team members killed in the April 1 IDF strike on our humanitarian convoy.
