Jason Collis
Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations
Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

Due to increasing travel restrictions as the war escalates, getting humanitarian aid into northern Gaza remains extremely challenging. WCK teams in Madaba, Jordan are working tirelessly to pack pallets full of food and coordinate convoys that are reaching our partners in northern Gaza. We recently dispatched 15 trucks carrying desperately needed supplies to Palestinians in the north.

Jane and her team at Seoulside Wings are cooking up their famous crunchy chicken wings for families in Sargent, Texas impacted by Hurricane Beryl. WCK is working with food truck partners here to ensure everyone in need gets a meal. Jane and her team also supported our 2021 response in Texas when snow, ice, and freezing temperatures swept across the state.
