Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations

Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

WCK provided food kits to people temporarily living in a social services center in Odesa who were displaced by conflict. Among the temporary residents are people from Gaza who evacuated their homes and made the journey to Ukraine where they have family ties. #ChefsForUkraine

WCK’s Zomi & Oli are in Cairo where we’ve built food kits heading to Gaza. Some included items are tuna, corned beef, cheese, hummus, tahini & za’atar along with dates, fig jam & fruit purée as sweets for kids. So far, 80+ WCK trucks have entered Gaza with many more on the way.

WCK’s Kamila is checking in from Hrebenne, Poland where our Relief Team has been providing daily meals to trucks drivers who have been stuck for over a week in freezing temperatures waiting to get back into Ukraine. We’re serving 5,000 hot meals across 4 locations each day!
