Jason Collis

Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations

Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

  • Since responding to The Bronx apartment fire in early January, WCK has mobilized 33 local restaurants to cook over 33,000 meals for first responders and people impacted—and our team continues to provide daily meals for displaced families unable to return home. #ChefsForTheBronx
