Jason Collis
Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations
Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

Mansour started working with WCK as a baker in southern Gaza. After fighting and evacuation orders forced us to pause work at our main Rafaf kitchen and bakery, Mansour relocated to one of our central Gaza kitchens where he supports all departments to help ensure as many meals as possible reach Palestinians in need.

Fires continue to ravage parts of the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions, including Sviatohirsk, Yarova, and Studenok. WCK teams are working alongside emergency personnel to support firefighters as well as families displaced by the blazes. In Studenok alone, more than 300 homes, including some farms with livestock, have been destroyed. WCK and partners are providing hundreds of meals here each day.
