Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations

Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

  • Classes are in full swing at WCK’s culinary school in Haiti—École des Chefs. Under Chef Mi-sol’s guidance, the latest group of aspiring chefs began its second month of training by honing pasta making skills, creating dishes like fresh fettuccine with sautéed shrimp.
