Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations

Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

WCK’s Regional Lead, Serhii, provides meals to people beginning their evacuation route at the train station in Pokrovsk. The steady advance of Russian forces has made it too dangerous for many Ukrainians to remain in their hometowns in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine.

WCK’s Ric updates us on food kit deliveries as the team unloads trucks in the Juri district of Bangladesh. Ric’s team will distribute 50,000 meals in this district alone to families impacted by the flooding.

Ahed is among the many Palestinian women who joined WCK’s Gaza Team early on in our response. Since then, she has worked as part of most departments in our kitchens. Through her adaptability, she embodies the value of cooperation that helps drive our efforts in the region.
