  • Hundreds of people are being evacuated daily from the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine as Russian forces advance towards Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk, and Kostiantynivka. Trains are struggling to accommodate fleeing families, and shelling in the area means the journey is harrowing. WCK is in Pokrovsk, a small town 60,000 residents called home before the war.
