Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations

Jason began working with WCK in 2017 during the Thomas Fire in California and has since assisted with various WCK efforts, across the US and internationally. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he launched several successful businesses. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Response Operations, Jason oversees all of our relief work— from emergency response to special operations. He also utilizes his experience in procurement and operations to help our field operations run smoothly. When not working, Jason’s passions include his wife and two children, football, and the outdoors.

  • WCK’s Relief Team in NYC is expanding our efforts today—we’re serving fresh meals to 48 different sites administering covid vaccines & tests! WCK activated 13 restaurants in response to the Omicron spike, and we’re honored to provide hot lunches to staff keeping us safe each day.

  • Over 30 years ago, Fahima & her husband arrived in Arizona after fleeing Afghanistan. They opened Khyber Halal Restaurant to bring flavors & tastes from home to Phoenix. With WCK, they’re now cooking comforting meals for Afghan refugees awaiting resettlement. #ChefsForAfghans
