Support our emergency food relief efforts
Give today and support our mission to provide warm, nourishing meals to communities impacted by humanitarian, climate, and regional crises.
The simple act of receiving a hot meal, simmering with the comforting flavors of home, can have a profound impact on communities in the aftermath of a crisis. Your donation will help WCK’s Relief Team provide culturally relevant meals—such as gumbo and étoufée in Louisiana or dates and roasted lamb in Gaza—to families impacted by disasters and crises.
Your gift provides hope and compassion. A hot meal, tailored to the cultural values and recipes of the local community, provides so much more than sustenance in a time of loss and uncertainty. It brings hope, connection, and compassion.
For years to have supported WCK through fundraisers and various other activities and now finally, to have you all in Asheville because we are the ones in need, it feels completely surreal.

Donors make our mission possible; to provide meals, comfort, and dignity to communities after disaster strikes.
Your donation today will fuel our relief efforts in the Middle East, Ukraine, the United States, and communities around the world impacted by humanitarian and climate-fueled disasters. Your support will enable us to put resources right back into the regions we serve by hiring locally and sourcing food and supplies from regional farms and businesses whenever possible.

We do whatever it takes to nourish people where the need is great, traveling by boat, foot, helicopter, or even horseback to deliver hot meals, fresh produce, potable water, and meal kits quickly and effectively.
Since 2010, WCK has provided more than 400 million nourishing meals to communities impacted by natural disasters and humanitarian crises worldwide.

“You feel a mixture of joy and sadness at the same time. Today, a lady said she hadn’t eaten anything all day and started crying. I’m there with her, hugging her.”

“It’s very special to help feed the people of my homeland with the heartwarming dishes of my childhood, which often remind me of my grandma or mama. The thought that these dishes will bring warmth and nourishment to people who receive them is the greatest gift.”
